Shipping Policy

* Please note all items are handmade and made to order. 

Please allow 20-25 business days for your order to be designed.  All orders are designed within 20-25 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation; given supplies are in stock. 

You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.  

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

• All orders are shipped via USPS.  

• Please note we will ship to the address given at the time of checkout.  Please ensure your mailing address is correct during the time of purchase as Luxury To A Tee will not issue refunds for lost packages.  Luxury To A Tee is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address.  In the event that a package is delivered to an incorrect address supplied by the purchaser, the liability to recover the package will fall solely on the purchaser.  Please refer to your local post office to initiate an investigation on your behalf. 

• Note we are not responsible for shipping delays, inclement weather, or fabrics/supplies on back order.  We will email should an issue arise that may cause a delay in your order.   

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status.  Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
